Gary M. Markoff, the former managing partner of the firm and a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Departments, brings over 40 years of expertise in tax, real estate, and corporate law. Starting with the firm in 1984, he initially served as a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP's Boston office, focusing on auditing small business clients and tax planning. Gary's practice primarily involves business, corporate, and real estate transactions, as well as bank financings. He represents various clients, including lenders, borrowers, and investors, with a particular emphasis on those involved in real property development and financing. Additionally, Gary is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization, and corporate issues such as governance, stockholder agreements, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights. Beyond transactional work, he is actively involved in mediations related to contract disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate dissolutions, and family business separations. Gary is now available to leverage his extensive knowledge as a neutral party to assist in settling disputes.

Randall G. Slikkers, CEO

Randall (Randy) G. Slikkers is the CEO of AmrampCARES. He has worked at the executive level of nonprofit management for almost four decades, specializing in disability, aging, and Native American Indian issues. He is recognized for establishing new programs, leadership development, and managing top-performing teams. Randy has been the CEO/Executive Director at the local, state, national, and international levels. His passion is helping nonprofits create high-level organizational infrastructure, which leads to long-term sustainability. Randy is skilled in business development, coalition building, project management, and operations. He has helped to start over 27 nonprofits and has consulted with dozens of others to help them reach their full potential. Randy holds a BS in Psychology and an MBA. He has and continues to serve on several non-profit boards. Randy is a Contributing Professor for Kettering University’s MBA program and was recognized with its “Professor of the Year” award in November of 2021.
